The Dogs of War (Irvin, 1981)

A very uneven, slow war film book-ended by a brilliant opening sequence and a fascinating conclusion. I like the big business influence in the invasion led by Christopher Walken’s character, but the tedious build-up of countless plot-driven scenes gets old fast.
