The Lost Boys (Schumacher, 1987)

I never thought I’d say it, but Corey Haim is the best part of this otherwise completely cheesy and amateur piece of cult cinema. His young Sam Emerson is smart, scared, and completely human, more than I can say for the other cliched vampires and humans in Joel Schumacher’s 80’s comedy/horror film.
